BP Mataranka is your One Stop Shop. Its not your typical servo. It has clothing, footwear, tvs, computers, phones, camping and fishing gear, homewares, couches, toys and so much more.
The philosophy of Real Food Real Coffee has seen the roadhouse transform from a servo hotbox to a bakery offering fresh salad rolls, fresh bread, apple turnovers, chocolate eclairs, donuts and Mataranka Mango muffins with many takeaway meal options.
All these food options are complimented with 2 barista coffee machines; for all the coffee lovers needing their fix.
With the new indoor/outdoor deck seating up to 50 customers in our tourist information centre we offer a road stop you wont forget especially as we have regularly cleaned floor to ceiling tiled new toilets; 3 male & 3 female.
Did you know that we have many of the city pleasures at the Roadhouse. We have soy milk with syrups for your coffees, sour dough bread baked on premise, a range of electrical equipment and one of the best things, we have a variety of food and drinks available from 6.45 in the morning til 8 pm tonight. We are opened 13 hours in the middle of the NT Outback.
So if we don’t have what you need, or something similar, we will be surprised.
Accommodation
Mataranka Roadhouse’s 14 cabins, equipped with TV and private bathroom, are a haven for many a weary business or holiday traveller. They are perfect for an overnight stay for up to two people maximum. We have economy rooms and more spacious. They are clean tidy and are regularly detailed with brand new reverse cycle air conditioners.
With a fridge, tv and microwaves it’s a mini home away from home. With the roadhouse just 50 metres from the rooms it provides a range of services and products to make your stay more enjoyable. There is free parking at the premise however the premise is not suitable for pets and children under 14. We are building a cabin BBQ area for customers to cook their own meals. In the meantime the restaurant is open til 7.30 for your convenience.

Mataranka Bakery
Great coffee, delicious, fresh treats and more is what you will find at our bakery. Not to mention bread baked fresh daily, chocolate eclairs, donuts, cakes – you get the picture!
